It is important that we celebrate our heritage yes, but only to the extent that it serves Christ.. We can illuminate our storied history, from the vulgarities of slavery to the lofty achievements of our many heroes; yet we risk overshadowing our mandated ministry of reconciliation through ritualistically falling back on personalistic and individual expressions of cultural traditions when uncoupled from its spiritual context fails to glorify God. 2 Corinthians 5:16 “Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now we henceforth know him no more.”

This was an awesome video about faith. Believers talk about faith like it is something tangible and measurable and obvious in all of us. However, until we have what I call the “Isaac challenge” and God has tested our faith, we are just talking the talk but have not had to walk the faith walk. Keep up the great work. Your site is awesome. All of the videos have great messages.

The “World” defines hope as “a feeling or expectation of an event that may come to pass..God defines hope for the believer as a “confident expectation of something real” in other words we can count on it! Praise God, that through it all, HE remains our anchor, our confident expectation that EVERY promise he has made to us IS real and SHALL come to pass!

This is truly the year of pure ‘Contentment’ for me as a woman. Indeed God is calling all women to a new season which will allow us to see our value as well as the impact we have on others. As you shared, in 2012 let’s eliminate the traditional “Things to Do” list and be more realistic with ourselves and be the Faithful, Fearless and Fanatical women that God has called us to be.
